Return & Refund Policy

RETURN

According to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Act (2005: 59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises), you always have the right to return your purchase within 14 days without inform any reason when you shop at a distance (www.wahines.se). The time limit for the right of withdrawal begins to apply the day after you have received your goods.

 

All products  must be return undamaged and unused. Simply return it with all included accessories, tags and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will refund based upon the original payment method.

To initiate a return, please send a email with below information to infowahines@gmail.com, together with your order confirmation email:

  • Address

  • Phone number / Email address

  • Order Confirmation number

  • Info about which product/ products you want to return - product name, order date, delivery date.

You, as the customer will pay for the shipping fees, and shipping fees will not be returned only the cost of the purchased goods. 

We recommend you to send the product in original packing and with a label tracking number.

 

In addition, please note the following: 

Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return/exchanged: finale sale items, gift cards or swimwear with removed sealing. 

EXCHANGE

If you wanna exchanged size, color or product please contact us by email, infowahines@gmail.com. For our products we need to have at least 30 days to exchange your products. All items must be return undamaged and unused, with all included accessories, tags and packaging along with the original receipt. All swimwear should be exchange with removed sealing.

 

TRANSPORT

We always make sure that your products are well packed before delivery to you. If you notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us at infowahines@gmail.com

If a package is unclaimed you have to pay a handling fee to cover the return shipping.
